On 16 April 2013, the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security (‘BIS’) and the department of state, Directorate of defense Trade Controls (‘DDTC’) issued the first pair of final rules implementing the Export Control Reform (‘ECR’) Initiative. DEC12 Joiner Law Firm Hosts Houston District Export Council Holiday Party and Open House

DEC Chair Jamie Joiner hosted a holiday Cajun-themed holiday soiree. Over 200 guests partied to the sounds of Steve Krase and his band. The gala was featured on Chron.com and Culture Map.


AUG14 Houston District Export Council Meeting
